Q & A

1. How come i did not receive the items after you have mailed out for days?

Ans : Spree-ers have reflected to us that the Singpost do open up and check their parcels. Hence, this is probably the result why the parcels mailing duration is delayed. Please do write in to Return Letter Unit (RLU) to inform that you need the parcel urgently etc. (Information given by wingz)

Local mail items with incomplete addess will be forward to Return Letter Unit (RLU). If you wish for SingPost to locate your local mail item from RLU, please provide the following details

1. Date of posting.
2. Name/Nick (the seller wrote on the package) and address of addressee.
3. Contents in the package. Including description of the package may help (e.g. colour)


Alternatively you can call Return Letter Unit at 68456670 68456675.

You'll receive an email from SingPost, regarding which post office to collect the Lost Mail. For collection, print the email and bring along your IC.

2. Do i pay shipping fee together with my order?

Ans : Nope unless otherwise stated. There will be a second payment, which is the shipping fee + local postage (optional), when the items you have ordered arrive. ( *For supply order, shipping fee will be collected together with item cost fee, unless, otherwise specify)

3. How do i place order?

Ans : Please copy and use our format of order which is above the advertisment board. After receiving your order, we will check the item's availability before requesting payment from you.

4. Can i collect my items anytime when they have reached Singapore?

Ans : You may choose to collect items from me (subjected to my available timing). If you miss the meetup time and date stated in the email you received from us, we will keep your items with us till you are available to pick them up.

5. How do i know when my items arrive?

Ans : Once parcel arrives and we have done with stock-taking, we will mail you the items arrival details, whereby you will know the shipping fee payable as well as the items collection mode. Tracking code will also be released at http://gigglespree.blogspot.com/search/label/update

6. Will there be any refund in any cases of defected items from oversea dealers?

Ans : No. There is no exchange / refund policy for oversea buyers.

7. Will there be any refund in any cases of lost parcels / lost shippment over to Singapore

Ans : No. We are not liable for any lost of items during shipping. We will put up relevant information to prove that we have paid for the items. We will try to retrieve as much as claims as possible from relevant parties.


8. What is the deadline for collection of items which have arrived?

Ans : Please collect within 4 months upon arrival of items. Otherwise, items will be donated to charity organisation.
